Where is my order?

When you click on the product on our website, you see how long the delivery time of the product is or how long it takes before it is sent out from our warehouse. If we have the products you ordered in stock, they are sent out quite quickly (usually within 24 hours), if the products are sent from one of our suppliers, it often takes a little bit longer.

When we have finished with the order in our warehouse, an email will be sent to your specified e-mail address with a tracking link where you can follow your products' path to you. If your order reaches an agent/service point, you will receive an SMS when it is available to pick up. If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive an SMS where you must book an date and time for delivery. With some of our shipping suppliers, you have already received this time at checkout at the time of your purchase.
